The powers that be at the Naval Academy wouldn't let the upper class people grease the obelisk this year. They were afraid the poor wuddle boys-n-girls might get hurt. Awww, isn't that sweet. Read a great comment here and an article in the Post.

Goes to prove that neither Harvard nor Yale [geo. dubyous shrub who appointed this mistake as Sup.], nor Canoe U. [after all we gave the world john mccain and jeffery "foul-er"] are immune from mistakes. If this had been his only error in judgement ... forgivable; but, his tenure on the Darkside has -with a few notable exceptions- been one glaring mess after another ... all easily avoidable and all a failure to exhibit effective and meaningful LEADERSHIP ! ... from the outset with the food [or rather the lack of it],, to the fiasco with the chapel color guard & flag incident and his reversal and cave-in to the rabid evangelical rabble, to the Marcus Curry BS, his reign will go down in infamy ... but the too will pass, hopefully, soon -if not immediately ... don't let the door smack you in the ass as you depart, jeffie, you might get a boo boo, boo hoo ! BEAT ARMY ... oh, and that other place in Colorado !
